Institute of Courage instructors have been personally trained by Michael O’Rourke and have, in fact, been teaching the Structure in Motion™ systems for years. Many of Michael’s protégés have even developed a following of their own.
Michael O’Rourke has hand-selected all Institute of Courage core team members. The core includes Hair Artists, Business Development Experts and even a PHD in Psychology, to ensure that Institute attendees are provided with opportunities for 360° growth.
All classes stem from the principles of Structure in Motion™. The primary difference between Structure in Motion and cutting techniques used by others is our philosophy that all things mental and physical work together; and without focus and attention to balance and perspective, we can never reach our full potential as hairdressers. It embraces the principle of energy through movement, teaching you how open flowing movements allow you to access your energy centers as well as insuring proper body positioning.
